With the feature of OOC (Out-Of-Control) COA Upload Blocking capabilities, TLIMS integrates the ability to create and manage individual OOC Checklists when an OOC analyte is discovered during the execution of a lab assignment. The process of creating the checklist is a manual arrangement, but recording and setting up a checklist from the predefined template is simple and easy to implement.
An OOC Checklist is a way to record some common things that occur during the testing of analyte (or Source Pulling for that matter) in addition to or in concert with an Analysis Defect. The purpose is to offer an ordered format that can be tagged into different portions of the certifying process.
To use OOC Checklists, you will need to set them up. A correct setup will guide the user in filling out the checklist form properly. Once the checklists are set up within the site, they can be created and managed like an additional document within the Lab Assignment tabs view.
