We love to help our users but keeping track of everything can sometimes be overwhelming both for you and us. We have a support ticketing system that is integrated with some of our applications however we run into problems with firewalls and security issues sometimes.
The absolute best way to put in a support request is to email our support team. We’ve got 2 email addresses that routes the requests through different portions of our ticketing system.
